Aviator Den – Terms & Conditions
Reservation Policy
- Guests must be 21 years or older and present to book and stay.
- A valid photo ID is required at check-in.
- All reservations must include the first and last names of all adult guests and a valid credit card to guarantee arrival.
- Rates are subject to change and include 8.19% State tax and 5% City tax.
- Occupancy: 2 people max in rooms with one bed (Queen/King), 4 people max in rooms with multiple beds. Babies are welcome — Pack ’n Plays available upon request (fee applies, subject to availability).
Cancellation Policy
- Life happens. We get that.
- Cancel 72+ hours prior to check-in: full refund.
- Cancel 72 to 24 hours prior to check-in: credit toward a future stay of equal or lesser value. Call us at 210-560-1523.
- Cancel after 3:00 PM the day prior to check-in: charged in full, no refund or credit.
- Government & Military Rates Exception: No cancellation fees if cancelled by 4:00 PM on the day of arrival.
- Non-Refundable bookings: no changes or cancellations.
- Peak season/special events may require 7–14 day notice, stated at booking.
Check-In / Check-Out
- Check-in: 3:00 PM. Check-out: 11:00 AM.
- Full payment and security deposit pre-authorization required at check-in.
- Late check-out may be requested for a $50 fee, subject to availability.
- Rooms inspected after check-out; damages or losses may be charged.
Payment & Incidentals
- A valid credit card is required to guarantee your stay.
- Government & Military Reservations: A secondary credit card must be placed on file at check-in in case the government travel card does not process.
- A temporary hold for incidentals will be placed on your card at check-in and released by your bank within 3–7 business days after checkout.
Children Policy
- One child 17 years or younger stays free.
- Pack ’n Plays available for a fee (must be requested in advance).
Pet Policy
- Are we pet friendly? You bet!
- Up to two pets per property allowed.
- Pets must be leashed outside, use designated areas, and kenneled if left in a room unattended.
- No pets allowed in lobby or pool areas.
- Pet Fee: $250 per pet, per stay (non-refundable).
- Extra cleaning or damages beyond deposit will be charged at market value.
- Sorry — no cats or venomous creatures.
Room Policy
- We want you to have a great time, but remember: “You break it, you buy it.”
- Report pre-existing damages immediately after check-in.
- Packages may be delivered with notice, but Aviator Den is not responsible for loss or storage.
- Quiet hours: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
Kitchen Policy
- Cook safely — never leave burners unattended.
- Avoid strong-smelling foods; lingering odors requiring deep cleaning may result in a $300 fee.
Parking Policy
- Free parking available on-site.
- Guests park at their own risk; Aviator Den is not liable for theft, damage, or accidents.
ADA Policy
- Aviator Den complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
- Accessible rooms available — please request when booking or call 210-560-1523 after reserving.
Room Cleaning Policy
- No daily room refresh included.
- Light cleaning available for $100 upon request (call 210-560-1523).
- Units are fully cleaned and sanitized before and after each stay.
Damages Policy
- Guests are financially responsible for damages or breakages caused by themselves or visitors.
- Notify staff immediately of any damage by calling 210-560-1523.
- Post-check-out inspections determine final charges; deposits are refundable if no issues.
Smoking Policy
- Breathe easy: Aviator Den is 100% non-smoking (includes vapes, e-cigs, hookahs, etc.).
- A $1,000 fine applies if smoking or traces of smoking are found indoors.
Guest Safety Policy
- Staff will not disclose guest identity, room number, or presence except to law enforcement.
- Security cameras operate throughout the property.
- Use of pool, hot tub, gym, or other amenities is at guest’s own risk; Aviator Den assumes no liability.
Noise & Party Policy
- Parties, events, or gatherings without prior written approval are prohibited.
- Excessive noise or disturbances may result in eviction without refund.
Visitor Policy
- Only registered guests may stay overnight.
- Visitors must be approved in advance and follow all rules. Unregistered overnight guests may result in extra charges or termination of stay.
Alcohol Policy
- Alcohol may be consumed responsibly in your unit.
- Public intoxication and serving alcohol to minors is prohibited.
Firearms Policy
- Guests must comply with all firearm laws. Firearms must remain unloaded and securely stored; not permitted in common areas.
- Exceptions: law enforcement officers and on-duty military personnel.
Force Majeure
- Aviator Den is not responsible for cancellations or interruptions caused by events beyond our control (weather, natural disasters, government restrictions). Standard cancellation policies apply.
Lost & Found
- Aviator Den is not responsible for lost items. Found items may be shipped to you at your expense upon request.
